Kindergarten Scientists Learning How to Use Binoculars.

Kindergarten Scientists enjoy learning how to use binoculars. The scholars will be using the binoculars to observe the world around them while on hikes through the nature trail in different seasons. Using real science tools helps students learn about the weather, their 5 senses, and how living things change over time as well as what plants and animals need to survive. This is an opportunity for kindergarteners to learn to appreciate and respect nature.

Next Generation Science Standards

K-LS1-1 Use observations to describe patterns of what plants and animals (including humans) need to survive.
